How are TYOD tees made?


Every TYOD tee is crafted to order in Australia through a premium print studio in Brisbane.
Each piece is produced using high-quality garments and water-based inks, ensuring a soft finish and long-lasting colour — all while avoiding bulk waste.

Can I change or cancel my order?


We can update or cancel an order only before production begins.
Because production starts quickly, changes are not guaranteed.

How long does production take?


Production time: 2–4 business days
During busy periods (Christmas, sales, holidays), this may extend slightly.

Once completed, your order ships straight out from Brisbane.

Do you ship within Australia?


Yes — we’re proudly an Aussie coastal brand, and we ship Australia-wide.

🌍 Rest of World
Standard: $19.99
Delivery: 10–30+ business days, depending on destination and local customs.

Customs or import duties (rare for tees) are the customer’s responsibility.

Where do orders ship from?


All TYOD tees are produced and shipped from Brisbane, Australia through our professional print and fulfilment partner.

This ensures:

Will I receive tracking?

Yes — every order includes end-to-end tracking.

You will receive a tracking link:

• By email as soon as your order ships
• By SMS (if phone number was entered at checkout)

Tracking updates typically include:

• Order in production
• Order shipped
• Parcel in transit
• Parcel out for delivery
• Parcel delivered

If tracking stops updating for more than 5 business days, simply email us and we’ll investigate it for you.

Do you accept returns?


Because every TYOD tee is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Choosing the wrong size
  • Wanting a different colour/style
We always recommend checking the Size Guide before ordering to make sure you get the perfect fit.

What if my tee arrives damaged or incorrect?


If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll fix it immediately.

Please include:
  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A photo of the neck label (helps us verify batch + garment type)
Once received, we’ll issue:
  1. A free replacement, or
  2. A full refund
The choice is yours.

What if my parcel is lost in transit?


If your tracking has stopped moving, or your parcel appears delayed, please email us so we can investigate.
  • A parcel is considered “lost” when:
  • The courier marks it as lost, OR
  • There have been no tracking updates for 10+ business days (AU), or 20+ business days (international)
Once confirmed lost by the courier, we will:
✅ Resend your entire order for free
— OR —
✅ Offer a refund if you prefer
Your satisfaction comes first.

What if my parcel is marked as delivered but I never received it?

This happens occasionally due to:
  • Misdelivery
  • GPS scanning errors
  • Leaving parcels in a hidden location
  • Steps before contacting us:
  • Check around your property (letterbox, carport, behind bins, etc.)
  • Ask neighbours or building management
  • Confirm if someone else at your address accepted the parcel
If you still can’t locate it, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
We’ll open an investigation with the courier and support you through the process.

Are TYOD tees unisex?


Yes — our tees use a modern unisex fit that suits most body types.

Choose your normal size for a true fit.

Size up for a relaxed, surf-inspired oversized look.

Do you offer size exchanges?


Because every tee is made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges.

Please review the Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

How do I wash my TYOD tee?


For longest-lasting colour and softness:
  • Cold wash
  • Gentle cycle
  • Wash inside out
  • Avoid bleach
  • Air dry or tumble dry low
These steps help preserve the quality of both fabric and print.

Will the print fade?


We use premium water-based inks that bond into the fabric.

With proper care, your tee will stay vibrant and soft for years.
