What if my parcel is lost in transit?
- A parcel is considered “lost” when:
- The courier marks it as lost, OR
- There have been no tracking updates for 10+ business days (AU), or 20+ business days (international)
Once confirmed lost by the courier, we will:

What if my parcel is marked as delivered but I never received it?
This happens occasionally due to:
- Misdelivery
- GPS scanning errors
- Leaving parcels in a hidden location
- Steps before contacting us:
- Check around your property (letterbox, carport, behind bins, etc.)
- Ask neighbours or building management
- Confirm if someone else at your address accepted the parcel
If you still can’t locate it, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
We’ll open an investigation with the courier and support you through the process.
