Returns & Refund Policy

At TYOD, every tee is created on demand — printed individually just for you. This helps us reduce waste, produce responsibly, and deliver fresh, high-quality garments.

Because of this made-to-order model, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Preferring a different colour or design

We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before purchasing.


Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives with any issue at all, we’ll make it right immediately.

Eligible issues include:

  • Printing errors

  • Damaged garments

  • Incorrect items

  • Quality defects

You can choose a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Please email us at:

within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the full item

  3. A clear close-up of the issue

  4. A photo of the neck label (for verification)

Once received, our team will process your replacement/refund within 1–2 business days.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and the courier confirms this, we will resend your order free of charge.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or changed before production begins.


Our printing partners often start production quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed once your order is placed.

Shipping Issues
